Network Interconnection. The Council's Report analyzes existing network interconnection arrangements among wireline, wireless, and satellite networks and offers recommendations to ensure that high reliability is maintained with expected future network interconnection arrangements. It discusses standards setting and network interoperability testing processes and offers recommendations for improvements in each area.
