The following corrections to the printed text should be noted:

1. At Section 6.1.3, the second sentence of the second paragraph should read as follows:

"If a CLEC requests a particular function be performed or asks that it be sent a particular data item, the receiving ILEC must have a complete understanding of what is requested, and the CLEC must have a complete understanding of what is returned."

2. At Section 7.6.2, the last sentence of the first paragraph should read as follows:
